Just a quick review of ownership and hospitality! Just visited Flagler and a surprise Golf cart breakdown. The owner was so helpful giving us a lift to our vehicle and getting our charger and letting us charge the battery at his place. Altho we didn't stay at the hotel, we found his kindness to a couple strangers most kind. We will definitely recommend his place and quaint establishment to friends! As he says, not the Ritz, but 5 star kindness and hospitality! Thank you !

Barry & Pat are wonderful hosts. They constantly check to see if you need anything. The motel is clean and has everything you need for a beach vacation. A nice restaurant is within steps of our room. The beach is right across the street. We enjoyed sitting outside to watch the waves and listening to the ocean. The beach is not congested at all. You will find fancier hotels but will never feel so welcome.

We love this dog friendly motel. Owners, Patricia and Barry are the best! They are super nice people and always go out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. If you appreciate a modest, clean older motel you'll love it here too. We especially enjoy having the ability to cook and having access to refrigerator/freezer in the effeciency or cottages. If you prefer not cooking while vacationing the regular rooms will save you some money. Reasonable pricing steps from the dog and family friendly beach. Always enjoy our time here... read more

5 plus stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟for your excellent customer service. I want to thank you Barry for all of your help. You went above and beyond for us. The room was spotless clean, the bed was very comfortable. There is an apartment sized fridge a counter top stove. All dishes linen a coffee maker toaster. Everything you need for your morning breakfast while sitting out front of the motel. Listening to the ocean waves 🌊. My husband and I will definitely be back next year 😊. Thank you LeeAnne Pace

We were there for a friend's wedding and at check in Patricia was very nice and accommodating. We were barely there. More or less just to shower and sleep. The price in February was $109 plus tax a night and $9 credit card fee. For 2 nights we paid $254.00. We stayed in the efficiency room that had 2 full size beds, medium sized fridge, 2 burner stove and small sink. Stand up shower Pros: The location was great. The building was older but cute/quaint.
