So unhelpful!! They cancelled our tour due to a little bit of “wind” and then can’t even get us on next tour! We have to go to the back of the line and wait for the next “available day”. Super unhelpful and it is expected that the customer will get in touch to get a refund or reschedule? What is that about? Would not recommend at all to anyone if you actually want to see whales and want any sort of help or assistance if for any reason it can’t go ahead. 0/5 if I could.
What will go down as one of the BEST experiences on our New Zealand adventure! The biggest thank you to the INCREDIBLE crew that made this possible! Billy ( one of the best tour guides!!! Funny as hell) Kau ( boss skipper), Jaime, Viki and T!!!! Thank you for helping us to experience the most incredible marine wild life, including sperm whales, orcas ( a whole family!!), humpback, dolphins, seals and the wandering albatross!!! What an absolute pleasure and a privilege!!
