Last week went to Whalespout. The credit card machines were not working on any of the automatic car wash bays. Paid cash for a car wash, drove in and the machine sprayed my car with some soap and declared the wash over. Car left dirty and full of streaks. 2 emails to the company went unanswered.
Good monthly plan for touchless car wash.
I have called the phone number listed and left a voicemail. The automatic wash left my car dirty. Please let me know how I can contact you. Would like my refund. Thank you Nobody was there on Saturday when I went. Please be respectful of my time. I am not always in that area. Also don’t post your phone number if you don’t answer or have changed the number.
