I've been using Whale Spout Car Wash for 3 years and it's the only automatic car wash I trust with my vehicles. I love that it's brushless, so I don't have to worry about brushes leaving swirl marks or scratches on my paint. Another huge advantage is that there are no conveyor tracks, so my wheels aren't at risk of getting scraped like they have at another car wash. I’ve been a monthly subscriber for 2 months now but today I went for a car wash and scanned my QR code as usual and nothing happened. So I went to another lane and followed the same instructions. Scanned the QR code again and nothing happened. Such a bummer

Used the far left automatic car wash today. Put in 20 dollars for a 16 dollar wash and it said it was out of change and to contact an attendant. I have used this car wash for a couple years and never seen an attendant. No one here today either. I called the number on the door and left a message. No response. Guess I will find a new car wash to use.7/8/2026. I was just contacted by the owner and was giver several options to receive my change. Glad to hear from them so soon.
