I would leave six stars if it was possible. Whale Pools is very responsive and their online invoicing and payment system makes it very simple to keep records and pay timely. Recently, we were about to leave town for a week, when I noticed that the plumbing between my pump and filter was leaking. I texted Frank and he sent someone the next business day to fix it and restart my pool so I wouldn't come home to a mess. Thank you Whale Pools!
My experience with this company was amazing. Frank was very professional, he and his crew were quick and efficient. Very polite and informative, I will be using them again
