IF I could give this a zero star I would. Worked with a man named "Rocky Chung" and he set us up with a shipment that we brokered for him, We found a carrier, approved them, hauled the shipment for rocky and then suddenly when it came time to pay his email was undeliverable and he was no where to be found. A very poor experience. Whale Logistics needs to fix this immediately.
Truly enjoyed working with Whale for our 3PL needs. From move in to move out they were extremely professional and helpful!
Don't take any loads from this damn facility. They'll probably load the trailer axles too heavy, and you'll have to deal with that.
