Absolutely the worst real estate experience I’ve ever had. Poor communication, zero accountability, and constant chasing just to get basic things done. Promises were made and never followed through. Felt completely ignored once they had what they wanted. I would not recommend this agency to anyone — save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.
Thanks Whale coast! for absolutely NOTHING except a bill for $5000.00. After negotiating in good faith for the sale of a property, depositing 10% of the purchase price into your trust account, paying for the services of a conveyancer and having contracts in the possession of the vendors conveyancer. I was subsequently gazumpted. Whilst not illegal, i would consider it ethically questionable. I will never in any circumstances, nor would i recommend anyone else ever deals with organisation.
Over the holiday period I had to cancel accommodation because of a death in the family. so far they’ve offered zero refund as I had paid in full not even the cleaning charge has been refunded. Very poor experience. Would not recommend booking through them.
