Thank you to Milad who was genuinely amazing while I was travelling interstate and feeling really anxious. He calmly helped by calling another doctor and organising for my script to be sent through. I really appreciated how kind, patient and reassuring he was, it made a stressful situation so much easier.

Left healthcare card, says $27.70 total on medication. Charged $38. Anyways, I was about to walk out then noticed I was charged a different amount but had I not asked? I was told she couldn’t reprint the labels for the right amount?Not about the money charged but the decency to be told and be nice about it
