I've been going there for over 15 years. I am one of those customers that uses no products or blow dryer.Dena knows this and is used to it. I also promise to come back every 8 weeks and never do. Sometimes I wait a year, and they still are welcoming and fun!

Apparently if you want an appointment you have to call them. Walking in the door to make an appointment and being ignored for 20 minutes!! not a hello, not a how can I help you? not you need to schedule an appointment ,not one word spoken to me. It was a Saturday morning I watched three people get their hair done waiting to speak to someone not wanting to be rude I waited .
