I would give him zero stars if I could. We are thousands and thousands of dollars in debt because of Bill Carson of WH Carson and Associates out of Buchanan Michigan. Bill started a massive addition project that he never finished and we have thousands of dollars in damage to our existing home. $14,000 to be exact. Our home is literally falling apart around us because of Bill and his guys. New workers every week, every batch worse than the ones before them. Bill did a great job installing our kitchen cabinets with crown molding. They look fantastic! He did an awesome job!
Very unprofessional in the way things were handled. Mr. Carrson never showed up until I called and threatened to fire his crew. The workmanship was not of a professional level. (Walls crooked,floor uneven,extra) it took three months longer then told it would take. I had to furnish all material after paying half down. And after house was built he wouldn't answer his phone or respond to texts about problems that arose with his building so I am having to hire a different contractor to handle repairs.
