I purchased a mattress 4 years ago and it is sinking in the middle. It is supposed to be under warranty however surprisingly the warranty does not cover the issue with the mattress. Never again will I buy anything from WGnR.
Went in for labor day sale on mattress. Waited to be taken care of, people came by mattress after us got waited on and we were ignored. So we left store after 15 minutes and went to Van Vreedee. And were helped and taken care of there
I have limited time to meet a sale drove to Appleton for more choices. Big mistake, should have stayed in manitowoc.... 8vto 10 Associates standing around and not 1 engaged us. Guess year's of being a customer doesn't mean anything.
