In the world we live in today, you can get anything online. Why do we shop at places like this? For the service and knowledge WGNR supposedly has. And that same reason I listed I will never go back! Bad communication with customers, not returning phone calls, pointing blame on products they sold me. I purchased a Sealy mattress about 2 years ago. Called after first year about the sagging. No return call. Year 2 went through the warranty process and got denied. Finally got someone to accept the warranty claim and got in store... read more
