Disappointed - charged me £50.00 to diagnose a fault and then flat out refused to work the fault. Managed to get it fixed on the same day for £50.00.
I live 100 metres away. Dropped in to ask if there was any chance to help me with my car that is dead just round the corner. The guy looked me dead in the eyes and said "nope". I said nothing at all? And he just wiped his hands, turned up his nose and said nope. I appreciate that he was perhaps busy and maybe also even that he migh'tve thought I was looking for a favour, but I was looking for a mechanic to pay to fix my car. Terrible people skills.
This guy has was very rude. Didn't answer my questions unless I pushed to get them. Blank yes/no answers. No customer skills whatsoever.
