The MTLXC7BC i bought came apart they will not answer the phone or respond to emails or tests have tried to get parts for a weeks very poor service

One star is too many for this company. These guys have TERRIBLE customer service and their QC sucks too. I called these folks to verify and clarify shipping info that is lacking on their site, after the moron on the line read verbatim to me (as I am rolling my eyes), he asks me if that answered my question. No moron, it didn't. When he finally shut-up and actually listened to the question, he was able to give a sensible answer. Good job buddy, way to wast my time and yours!!!
