I bought a condo at The Palms of Destin last month and my shower started leaking. I spoke with some other owners and evidently when Yates did the job years back they didn’t install the shower pan/“guts of shower” correctly. Several of showers has leaked due to the same reason and I had to hire someone to go in a tear out tile and re-do bottom of shower.
