Some of the best tavern style I’ve had, I’m not really a thin crust guy usually and only tolerated whenever somebody’s serving it, but I would go out of my way to eat here. Crust has the right amount of lightness and softness, which is where a lot of other places go wrong and end up with tough Saltine type of crust, they also dialed in the ingredient ratio so it tastes balanced
