Horrible project management skills. We budgeted being out of our house 3 months for a 2 month project. If I had not taken over some of the project there is no way we would be back in our house almost year later. quotes you a cost of materials then later in the project wants to do change orders for the increase. I would not recommend this company.
Our 60 day project took eleven months! Kaming is a good sales guy but he cannot execute. He will take your payments and not pay his subs right away so they started calling and texting us asking for money that we had already paid. There were so many things that went wrong from submitting the permit to the wrong city, to underestimating on the original estimate, to a lack of communication and empathy for us being without a home. We engaged Kaming Lok and the team at Legacy Builders of Florida to help us with a substantial build-out of 4,500 of commercial space for a new "A" grade office tenant at a property we have in Miami. Besides clearly knowing how to deliver an amazing final product, which they absolutely did, Kaming was always willing and able to help us (owner) communicate with the client/tenant, and that had immeasurable value! We continue to show that space as a prime example of what can be achieved there.
