Berta and Rafael have been unable or unwilling to refund my earnest money in a timely manner after a deal that fell through during the option period. I had to reach out myself (5 days after) to initiate the refund, something that should have been handled automatically once the contract was canceled. Who ships a ~$4K check via regular USPS mail with no tracking? Nearly two weeks after canceling and I still don’t have my money back. Very disappointing.
