Berta and Rafael have been unable or unwilling to refund my earnest money in a timely manner after a deal that fell through during the option period. I had to reach out myself (5 days after) to initiate the refund, something that should have been handled automatically once the contract was canceled. Calling to get information on the steps to buy a property from a good friend for 50k and need to start title process soon as possible and lady that answer said that was impossible to do🤷🏻♂️ because the house cost $300,00. Hang up and call Elite Title company, and they said sure you need a contract signed, a survey and both parties to start the process. Bad service. Loosing business here
