Calling to get information on the steps to buy a property from a good friend for 50k and need to start title process soon as possible and lady that answer said that was impossible to do🤷🏻♂️ because the house cost $300,00. Hang up and call Elite Title company, and they said sure you need a contract signed, a survey and both parties to start the process. Bad service. Loosing business here
