I’ll say I don’t think the whole team blows but whoever in underwriting handled my situation was extremely incompetent and shady. Had to hire an attorney to prove their legal knowledge was severely lacking only to find out they figured out they were wrong already but didn’t care as the legal repercussions of the mistake was only going to be an impact to me and not their concern. I think it’s a fail on a single person but I’d be thorough and ready to get legal back up when doing business.
