Not a great experience as am employee. The culture is very arrogant, holier than thou, and cut throat. The industry is so heavily regulated everyone is watching you and the way to get ahead is to eliminate the competition. There is no professional courtesy and trying to help people. We had to pay our expenses monthly and if we weren't making any money they told us it was the cost of doing business and we weren't working hard enough. I found an event advertised online as being “hosted by entrepreneurs”, and titled “Financial Literacy 101”. What I attended was one of the most uncomfortable and inappropriate Sales Pitches ever. Some highlights: —I seemed to be the only non WFG person in attendance. —Several people insisted to know who invited me. The course was advertised on Facebook.
