I paid a $2000 fee just to get my mortgage out from this institution early because of the terrible customer service. (100% worth it) Update 3 years later, I am continuing to have issues with this credit union, no one is ever able to call me back or give me a direct number to someone that will answer. I require something as simple as a lien payout statement to sell my car, and this seems to be too much to ask. AVOID THIS CREDIT UNION AT ALL COSTS
Very fast service both at the drive through atm and in the building. Very professional atmosphere and staff. My only issue is how often I find issues with my debit card, and my card being frozen. A quick call will always fix it though.
