I am at the bank to close my account at Dougall location. They charging me for draft and I asked them to waive $7 and they said on Saturday we don’t have manager and senior banker who runs the bank for the day has no authority to waive. That is service they provide .

Since moving to WFCU from WCU, service is just terrible. Closed the account and it was a horrible process.
Shiesty. I am a longtime member and I went in to take advantage of an investment special that has been plastered on billboards all over town. However current members are not eligible for promotions. Misleading and disappointing. This institution's motto 'Like a bank only better' is untrue. WFCU is infact WORSE than a bank. They are not there for members, they are there to line their own pockets, not even the pockets of 'shareholders'. Shame.
No care at all for the environment because to lazy they have NO RECYCLE at the ATM so people toss receipts on the ground. Seriously you people make billions off us and can't afford a garbage bin
