I have been with this credit union almost 20 years please learn from my mistake and do not let them talk you into investment shares. They will never be clear with you about what is involved when you need to cash them out. I was told it takes slightly longer then cashing in a GIC. Currently I have been waiting over 11 months for my cash and I'm still told they don't know when I will get my money. Nobody returns phone calls or follows up either. Waiting almost a year and still not being able to get your own money is beyond rid... read more
Super bad services, opens late, closed early, don't have a normal branch in downtown, no interpreters, don't know how to take new business.
