Horrible experience there. They do not return phone calls promptly. They don't listen to what you want regarding investments. Poor communication. Non-caring attitude. Their online site is not user friendly. They often say their atm or card reader does not work. I don't want to say his name but there is a male employee there that is just so rude. I could go on and on.... But it boils down to this, do NOT do business with this place, you will regret it.
I feel judged at this one
Impossible to do business with these guys. Laziest staff & union in existence, as you can see with their reviews. Been trying for over a week to get in touch for over a week to inquire on a finance related matter. The lazy staff, lazy reps, lazy eveybody. Visited a 2nd time, they said they'd call back next day. 3 days later they called once, I called back immediately after to the same extension and no answer. These guys HATE MONEY. Garbage institution, hence below 3 star reviews.
I am at the bank to close my account at Dougall location. They charging me for draft and I asked them to waive $7 and they said on Saturday we don’t have manager and senior banker who runs the bank for the day has no authority to waive. That is service they provide .
