Very professional and affordable. Highly recommend! I was on a road trip with my wife and 2 little kids from Florida to California and my truck Mike came to my truck on a Sunday. He diagnosed the problem and escorted me to O'riley to make sure I get there safe to buy the part.
Great customer service! Reliable and came to us.
Mike is amazing. Truck threw and engine code the developed and shut off. Called Mike he answered immediately at 1030 at night! I was able to nurse it to exit 126 and he met me there fixed the problem in less than a half hour and we are back on the road. Can’t thank him enough as we are under a load.
so what these guys did was i contacted them 10 am in the morning and asked for road service because the seal of my trailer tyre was leaking and i couldn’t move an inch as it could cause fire . I explained the situation to the person who picked the call and they asked me to send a photo of the damage which they saww and told me they will be there in 3 to 4 hours .
