Lucy answered my call to Weyside. My boiler had failed on a freezing morning and I was not hopeful of getting help quickly. Lucy reassured me and within an hour Harrison the plumber was at my house. He was thorough and efficient diagnosing the problem and getting the boiler temporarily working. I couldn’t recommend more highly.
