He wasn't pushing me to buy like the rest of the dealerships. He explained to me the prices and all I even went to check with another dealership but didn't go ahead because of interest rates super high.
Hard worst experience at this dealership with the agent mr sheldon kwan who acted suspicious and disrespectful.
If you like to be called a loser by your car salesman, this is the place for you! Completely unprofessional & short tempered.
Sheldon held a car for me as I live out of town, even picked me up from the sea bus when I arrived. Everything was ready to go when I came to pick it up, including them taking my car off site to get an inspection. Once something came up on the inspection it was addressed right away for safe travels home. The purchase process was very smooth. My only complaint is the gas tank was empty when I purchased the vehicle. Normally I would expect a full tank when purchasing a vehicle from a dealer.
