While I was waiting for my fiancé to have his colonoscopy done I asked a secretary sitting on the endoscopy side if she could please turn on the TV. She said NO not until the office is open! She has glasses, long brown hair with a small braid. Very rude! At 7:30 AM clearly it’s open there’s 2 women and 1 man behind the desk and they are checking in patients for procedures. She needs to work somewhere else where she doesn’t deal with the public!!!! Not a great first experience in this waiting room!!
Friendly, professional, helpful. Been a "customer" her a few times. Their communiction is excellent to their patients. Definitely recommended.
Poor Communication and Unprofessional Service I recently had a disastrous experience with Weymouth Endoscopy that I feel compelled to share. After going through the arduous pre-colonoscopy cleanse, I arrived at the facility only to discover that my appointment had been canceled without any prior notification.
