Amazing treatment, I felt thoroughly relaxed and refreshed after my summer special reflexology and facial. I will definitely be booking more.
I absolutely loved doing the baby reflexology class with Rowena. She was patient and understanding about my child’s additional health needs and my little one really enjoyed the experience. This was my first baby group so I was quite nervous but Rowena made us all feel right at home and gave me more confidence. Couldn’t recommend highly enough, very grateful for the wonderful experience!
I’ve had several treatments with Rowena, and they are always absolutely wonderful. Her sessions are a mix of relaxation and restoration for me. Whilst I don’t have specific health concerns beyond the usual challenges of being a certain age, I often struggle to mentally switch off. Both the foot and facial reflexology treatments are perfect for helping me unwind and find a sense of calm. Rowena always takes the time to ask about any little niggles and tailors the session to address those too. 10/10

I can't rate a trip to Rowena and her magic hands highly enough, she is welcoming and thorough and certainly knows her stuff. I have been going for a couple of years now and although I don't leave my keys in the front door anymore after a session, I'm still walking on cloud 9 levels of relaxed!
