There's no point in having a appointment time. These guys just wonder around doing whatever. You ll wait 2 hrs b4 you actually get loaded
Horrible place wood in bad condition the service is horrible shipping guys think they own the place and they can do whatever they want and load drivers however they want
Their "New system" sucks. I had a 1pm appointment and it's now 530pm still waiting. They said they couldn't load me because the flatbeds waiting to get tarped were blocking the path, but there was ample room for them to tell them to back up so that they could drive the forklifts. The path has been clear for 45 minutes now and all they keep telling me is that "they're about to load you now" "it's the new system that isn't working" complete waste of time and energy.
