3 stars cause I had to use my HIGH BEAMS just to get out if there, but safety safety safety. Came here for the first time and it wasn't so bad. Few recommendations tho. Their should be a BIG SIGN on the road that has the name if the company with a BIG ARROW pointing this way. This way drivers like me won't drive past the dirt road assuming it was someone's property. Can't keep a plant manager. Run by ignorant idiots. Cowards. Liars. The epitome of the pit of HELL. And trust me I have more to say. Give over 22 years of your life to a company, be a great asset to this corporation, make a HORRIFIC decision to come work at the emerson mill,, get cancer and they will fire you. No care in the world you will lose your insurance, long/short term disability you've paid into for years, and KNOWING getting another job would be impossible at age 55 and had cancer twice. May the people involved in ruining others lives have a very very hot place waiting on them in HELL. I wish the same fate on them as the destruction and devastation they have caused to others lives. The management is a joke, HR is a coward and cruel, and God knows what went down. May vengeance be HIS. AMEN!
