I was disappointed with the customer service during my visit. One staff member was sitting at a table on her phone while I was looking for assistance and did not make any effort to help. As a result, another staff member had to stop what she was doing to assist me. I understand that there may be times when staff need to use their phones, but this appeared to be happening while customers needed assistance and from friends who shop in this store paint it happens often. Huge rave to Weyburn Carpet One! I know nothing about flooring, was overwhelmed with an insurance claim and Lisa K was a huge help. She made the process easy, helped pick flooring, and answered any questions I had. Scott also deserves a huge shout out for installation. He worked hard to undo some previous work to be able to lay a much more smooth flooring than previously there. Very happy with the customer service and workmanship from Weyburn Carpet One!

I have been in Carpet One before, but this experience was defiantly the best by far, from the moment I walked through the door till I walked out Lisa M. Made this experience stress free, I was able to take samples home to see if they would go with the rest of my house and when I even returned them she has very personable again. Top notch customer service, she knows her stuff
