Huge rave to Weyburn Carpet One! I know nothing about flooring, was overwhelmed with an insurance claim and Lisa K was a huge help. She made the process easy, helped pick flooring, and answered any questions I had. Scott also deserves a huge shout out for installation. He worked hard to undo some previous work to be able to lay a much more smooth flooring than previously there. Very happy with the customer service and workmanship from Weyburn Carpet One!
I have been in Carpet One before, but this experience was defiantly the best by far, from the moment I walked through the door till I walked out Lisa M. Made this experience stress free, I was able to take samples home to see if they would go with the rest of my house and when I even returned them she has very personable again. Top notch customer service, she knows her stuff
I'm not sure if she's the owner or not but Lisa Knox made going into Carpet One the best experience. She's extremely knowledgeable, welcoming and just made my experience so stress free and comfortable. She is your go to girl if you go into Carpet One. It was great having her explain things to me instead of trying upsell me to something I wasn't interested in. If your looking for flooring or paint go see her.

They have been helpful to our clients when they are overwhelmed with choices, and always allow samples to leave the store to help make those decisions. The team at Weyburn Carpet One went up and beyond when it came to replacing the carpet at The Tommy Douglas Performing Arts Centre. The work was completed professionally and timely. WCO worked with our schedule and kept the board fully informed throughout the process. We are very thankful for their professionalism.
