The owner is a politician. Says things and never happens. My flooring, richmond premium grotto flooring started to separate. Sent them videos and pics of it 2nd week of August 2024. They came out had a look took more pics and what not. Not happy with the flooring. He keep delaying in a couplecweeks we're having a meeting. Nothing from those meetings.
