I had a fantastic experience here with my 10-week old baby while on holidays in Noosa. They were able to squeeze him in for a same day appointment, and the doctor, nurse and reception staff were so lovely, accomodating and reassuring.
All of the doctors and nurses are fantastic! It’s a small, welcoming clinic that really makes you feel cared for. Selena at reception is always lovely and so helpful over the phone. Highly recommend!
Been a patient my whole life of 20 years. When care is provide its usually good to great. But it is never on time or first try. Just got charged $75 for my Dr yapping when all I needed was an e script refilled, which would've taken less than 6 minutes on the phone. Instead it was 30 min of useless questions that could've been saved for another appointment. I love feeling cared for... and it only happens sometimes here.
