The service provided today was impeccable. The staff member working today demonstrated exceptional customer service skills. We ordered a grilled cheese to share among friends, and upon inquiring about the availability of pickles, they kindly provided us with extra pickles. This thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated and exemplified the excellent customer service we received. We will definitely be returning to this establishment. Thank you for the wonderful experience! The grilled cheese was also amazing!

I’m surprised by the negative reviews. The pastrami sandwich was incredible! My mom who is undergoing chemo and has zero appetite even ate it all! We had to come back to order it again. Tender, flavorful and so much meat! The pickles are also lovely and match the butter lettuce nicely. It’s expensive but for handcrafted pastrami what do you expect? Ok, we've been waiting for a great deli and pastrami place for years here in SB, so was anxious to try Wexlers. Ordered a Reuben ($20) and added extra meat because we were splitting it. The regular amount looked ample, but since my hubby Is a carnivore I added the option of the extra meat ($6.00 extra). Instead of it being huge as the photos show, they were nothing like it! The Ruben sando was recommended (star deduct one) as they were out of Pastrami (second star gone), Ruben was just OK (third star gone) no real flavor to the corned beef other than salt. There was no traditional sour note from any pickling/brining of the meat. Hope they get their inventory planning straight. I went back on May 28th and ordered the Big Poppa.
