I’ve been a patient at this clinic for a couple years and have always tried to remain respectful, even though Dr. Hanna has consistently had an attitude or having an unpleasant facial expression. Also made me feel dismissed. At my most recent appointment, she rolled her eyes at me and gave me clear attitude when I was simply confirming one of the tests she was performing on me. Wrost clinic. In door they have mentioned as they are accepting new patients while we went inside they refused us . I am going to complain in health ontario for this walkin clinic
Dont waste your time coming to this family clinic. There is always a 45-50 minute wait and doctor dismisses you in like 5-10 minutes. Look for better options. Other reviews on google will also help you decide. I had an ear infection and I went to the family doctor here for referring me to the ENT, it has been 6 months now nothing from ENT or a follow up call from the family doctor. Honestly I just avoid getting sick.
