I’ve only live here less than a month but I’ve been thrilled with my experience so far! The application and lease signing process was quick and efficient. The lease is reasonable without a bunch of hidden charges like I’ve experienced in other places. Maintenance was quick and helpful for address a couple of minor issues on move it. Living at Wexford Lakes for the past seven years has been a wonderful experience. The staff, especially Jessica and Haley, were always there whenever I needed them. They were incredibly supportive, helpful, and always made sure any concerns were addressed. Even during difficult situations with neighbors, they always worked hard to find a thoughtful and effective solution. The maintenance team was also amazing. Haley & Jessica have always been so helpful and kind , always finding solutions to any problems or concerns we may have! Haley helped us get a new washer right when we first moved in, they’re always so quick and efficient!

Ive been here going on 3 years. The place is beautiful, well maintained and a friendly staff. I moved in with an assistance voucher and they didnt pay for 7 months; haley and jessica allowed me to stay and worked vigorously to find a remedy and jump thru red tape to insure a safe home for me.
