You are charged an up-front fee just to make an appointment. This money is never refunded, even if your child's circumstances change and you need to cancel the appointment (giving several weeks of notice). I find this quite unethical.

To quick to diagnose ADHD in a child without considering the child's situation and the family dynamic. Simply drugging a child is the easy option, I understand sometimes it is necessary, but there is absolutely no way of accurately diagnosing a child with ADHD by speaking with only one of the parents, especially during high conflict family breakdown. I would argue that in alot of situations it is not the child with the the problem, and more a case of poor parenting.

Dr Kulkarni has been a reliable and trustworthy paediatrician who has seen us through three difficult years. Whenever we have needed to contact her, even on the days when she is not in the office, she has responded within a couple of hours and booked us in for an appointment. She is always very thorough and caring about our son's wellbeing.
