Love our house. What we didn’t love was the 2-1/2+ years that it took to build and the lack of communication from the builder. We didn’t ask for or expect daily or even weekly updates but every couple of months to let us know what was happening would have been nice. Never got an explanation on what all the delays were about. Had to ask questions repeatedly about things to get any answers. After we moved in in January exactly 2 things got done on our punch list. After 2 years all we had was outside wall and interior framing. A year later-no change. We got our money back and went to another community. A year later we drove by and it is still not complete.
