Love our house. What we didn’t love was the 2-1/2+ years that it took to build and the lack of communication from the builder. We didn’t ask for or expect daily or even weekly updates but every couple of months to let us know what was happening would have been nice. Never got an explanation on what all the delays were about. Had to ask questions repeatedly about things to get any answers. After we moved in in January exactly 2 things got done on our punch list. Never got a final grade on the front yard and had to pay landsca... read more

We are happy with the end result—our home is beautiful. However, the nearly two years of delays and uncertainty had a significant impact on our lives, and much of it stemmed from mismanagement and a lack of transparency throughout the build. When we first met, we clearly communicated that we needed the home completed by October–November 2022, as we were moving back in October 2022. When we returned, they had just broken ground.
