I cannot speak highly enough of Athena who helped resolve a misunderstanding that I had and managed to get me referred for a specific procedure quickly and efficiently. She was an absolute delight to deal with. You don’t get that service often these days. Gavin

I don’t understand how this practice runs because no one ever picks up the phone. I have left multiple voicemails and no one even bother to return my call. Emails also take longer than 3 days to be acknowledged!!! Not good enough, especially when I have questions regarding my mum’s surgery and I am not even able to seek support or be able to call and ask anyone is absolutely ridiculous. Don't bother with this practice. You leave messages and calls don't get returned.
We have had top service by Dr Gan. Excellent bedside manner. Very polite and intelligent in his field. Plus his receptionist are top shelf. Kind regards Roy Gascoigne
