I am writing to share my deeply concerning experience with Dr. Anja regarding a colonoscopy I underwent two years ago. Before the procedure, I noticed that Dr. Anja did not appear to be well herself iwith various boils on her neck. I woke up in severe pain and continued to experience intermittent pain for over two years following the appointment. Dr Gan has been fantastic. He went out of his way to make sure I was Okay throughout, a very rare quality that I am appreciative of. I had no trouble reaching him or the practice.
Was happy with colonoscopy however to get an urgent follow up appointment with the doctor is impossible. No one ever answers the phone or emails. Last time I had to go there in person and there were 5 staff on the reception how can they not answer the phones? Same with g Fiona stanley. Something needs to be done
