Was happy with colonoscopy however to get an urgent follow up appointment with the doctor is impossible. No one ever answers the phone or emails. Last time I had to go there in person and there were 5 staff on the reception how can they not answer the phones? Same with g Fiona stanley. Something needs to be done

The doctors may be great, but I feel like I’ll never know! This clinic does not respond to emails or calls so making an appointment has been exceedingly difficult so far. This seems to be an ongoing issue judging from other reviews.
From the friendly well informed reception all happy to Dr Pearce with his very knowledgeable and caring approach and expertise, this practice is the most professional that I have experienced for many years. Well done to all
