Although their therapists seem to be professional and know what they are doing, they charge unacceptably large missed appointment fees to patients who they know have conditions making it difficult to be 100% on time, such as narcolepsy, and are apparently unwilling to show any consideration for it. If you're having any issues that could complicate your schedule, be warned.

Clarinda, the office manager was very communicative, helpful and friendly throughout our time here. We saw Emily in Monroeville for PCIT and had an excellent experience. Emily was super professional and great with my 5yo. We have made so much progress as a family with her counseling/approach.
