The drivers are amazing, I've never gotten a bad driver ever. But the app is absolutely terrible! I see empty buses every single day at all times of the day. But I cant get any ride at the times I need. How hard is it to fit more than one person on the bus at a single given time??
Don't want to give them any stars honestly they have gotten rude whenever you question something they say or my favorite they always seem to be booked out hmm seriously then stop saying call day before like for real and they don't admit their mistakes i don't know who's in charge but they suck and i wish the other people that were there before like in 2023 as they were kind like seriously get with it and stop saying download the dumb app as that doesn't work sometimes either seriously u have gotten horrible over the last yea... read more
Would recommend finding an alternative mode of transportation
Gotta love when your trying to get home and they say they are full literally see a bus just sitting for 20 minutes and they only put one person on the bus like come on fill the damn bus it's got a ton of seats for a reason
