I’ve used this service for years and appreciated their usual punctuality. Unfortunately, my recent interaction was disappointing. The hiring manager dismissed my questions about drug screening laws and responded disrespectfully, which felt unprofessional.
If I could give no stars and I’m suing them for the service that we got if that doesn’t tell you anything
Would probably no longer recommend this bus service for your transportation needs... they used 2 be great but it has gotten worse
I love that no matter how many times I've asked supervisors/staff to not park directly next to my window, they still insist on sharing their exhaust fumes so that I can't have it open. They also allow my family to not only spend time together watching movies, but allow us to watch as they eat their meals unless I keep my curtains drawn. You have to love the respect of all these amazing folks!!
