Most of the time they are great but other times I wish they were more understanding and flexible. It's not my fault I'm unable to drive so I rely this source but I can't even schedule TWO days ahead for a ride to get to my appointment and it's not enough for them and if their time frame they pick cuts into the time I'm still in session then I'm cutting my therapy appointment short. So many busses you can't find ONE that would pick me up as I requested.
Drivers will pull out right in front of you then do 10mph under the speed limit. Doesn't seem like a safe option for passengers
Great drivers, but a major weak link in the office. The drivers here are excellent and the rest of the dispatch team is very good. But because it’s a small company, you notice the bad apples quickly. Dealing with Kristy in dispatch ruins the experience. She is rude and disrespectful to multiple people, just about everyday, even when you call consistently and they know exactly who you are. They sometimes take their time but they make sure you get to where you are going safely even with the road conditions that Michigan faces in the north.
