I work at a nursing facility in Cadillac, they pulled up waited about 1 min and then left my resident. She is wheelchair bound and he didn’t even bother to get out and try to see where she was ( you think that would be protocol when they’re picking up a resident from a facility) I called them and the lady responded rudely and told me there by appoint when they had already given my resident a 30 minute window of when they would show up. We used this service for a vacation in Cadillac, on our return service back, the bus was 45 minutes late for our pickup, we reminded them several times about the location of our pick up, and it was not relayed to the bus driver. They would not answer calls during service hours. The experience was frustrating to say the least.

I’ve used this service for years and appreciated their usual punctuality. Unfortunately, my recent interaction was disappointing. The hiring manager dismissed my questions about drug screening laws and responded disrespectfully, which felt unprofessional.
