Chris Dunning was excellent and helped us find the perfect camera, suited for what we would be needing it for. We didn't feel like it was a sales pitch, but friendly advise that naturally became a sale. The shop it incredible and there is so much to look at!

Chris provided excellent assistance in helping me choose the equipment I needed. I am grateful for his help and guidance. He went out of his way to ensure I had what I needed for my shoot that was happening very soon (the same day 😅). I have been shopping with Wex since I started my photography business and have always been satisfied with the experience.

Ok so I went in with no real knowledge of what I wanted or what to do. I was greeted by Will Robinson who spent hours and I mean hours going through my options and my son’s options with extreme patience. I ended up taking home a lovely camera and lens. Perfect for what I needed. I cannot thank him enough for his time he was fabulous. I will be popping back to see him again as we need to get another lens and some bits. Brilliant service.

IMy husband reserved a Nikon Z7II a few days before we travelled to Norwich to collect the camera and adapter. Nicola was very helpful in showing him the items and how they work (as he's old!). He also bought a s/h lens. Nicola was happy to spend time with him to make sure he was happy with his purchases. An excellent experience with a great employee who is a credit to your company.
