Whoever is the man at the “reception” is incredibly unprofessional and a horrible front of house for this place. Went in with a simple question and instead of speaking to me like an adult, the man threw a hissy fit and started getting aggressive with me. I asked him to speak to me respectfully, spoke to him in a calm manner, and tried asking for assistance on a matter which requires serious and urgent attention.
