Really cool office, great view, but the music in the co-working space was about the twice the volume it should be. Even with noise cancelling headphones and my own background music it was hard to concentrate!
This is a beautiful building with nice amenities. I have to rate it lower due to the environmental conditions. Our office is so cold I frequently wear a sweater, 2 jackets, a blanket and then at times a heating blanket that I sit on. My coworkers are all cold. When I get here first thing in the morning (6am) it is comfortable and by 8 am it is freezing. With summer coming I don't think I could wear a skirt or a dress without risk of absolutely freezing! *Update* we got a thermometer and the office is 66 degrees. COLD!!!!!
The building itself is very nice and has nice amenities. The only issue I have is the HVAC system is inadequate. Currently, it is very cold and then during summer hours it becomes very warm. If it were not for this, I would absolutely love this building.
When we were forced to close our business the lease manager had originally told us we could sublease and after we moved out he said we couldn’t and need to pay for the empty office for the remainder of the lease.
