When I approached the front desk to ask for directions inside the building (which, by the way, is 17 floors tall), the guy at reception was absolutely unwelcoming. He answered my questions reluctantly and in a very unpleasant manner – as if I was disturbing him from scrolling through some very important TikToks.
They don't have an All-access space with office chairs, only (pretty) but very uncomfortable chairs. There's a very small quiet room that is usually full because people seem to like it. If people like it, it doesn't make it sense for it to be so small.
Been a weWork member for over 5+ years and took a break in 2024 Over 15+ days to reactivate account and no solution. Only to dismiss my request. Both, Business & personal emails is denied Low-level customer service and dismissive of customer loyalty
