Been a weWork member for over 5+ years and took a break in 2024 Over 15+ days to reactivate account and no solution. Only to dismiss my request. Both, Business & personal emails is denied Low-level customer service and dismissive of customer loyalty
I booked a day pass at this WeWork location and it was great! Community team were very friendly and helped set us up super quickly. This WeWork has floors between 4-17, which meant plenty of space for everyone there to work. It had phone booths on every floor too which was great! The usual tea and coffee available as well as Kombucha on tap. Really enjoyed my experience here and 100% recommend!
Couldn’t get a meeting space and the staff didn’t know how to book it! No wonder they are going under
