The view is great for sure. The staff were very helpful and nice. The atmosphere was also nice. A few issues are as mentioned in some of the other reviews: some people don’t even bother going to a phone booth, they just do their calls/meetings on their earbuds in the shared area, this isn’t nice (and yeah it’s not really because there aren’t enough booths or anything, even when they’re all empty I saw people not bothering moving their butts). Been a member at WeWork Seymour for a while now, and it’s easily the best co-working space in downtown Vancouver. The location is super central, the vibe is always productive, and the space itself is modern, clean, and full of natural light. But what really sets this spot apart is the community team — shoutout to Sade, Yammy, and Vera. They’re warm, welcoming, and keep everything running smoothly. Have been working from this WeWork location since November 2024 and it’s been a great experience so far. Sade and Yammy, who are usually at the front desk, are superstars in keeping the office a great place to work with their helpful, friendly and warm personalities.
