Did two day passes because my internet was out and had a great experience. Jordan assisted me both days and gave excellent customer service, was friendly, and very helpful. The common areas can get loud once in awhile but there are 3 floors to choose from, and plenty of options, including "phone booths" to have your own private space for meetings/calls. The Hubb isn’t great, isn’t secure, and it’s really loud all the time. The only interaction I had with the manager was pretty disappointing. I didn’t renew my office lease. The maintenance and porter teams are great, though.
I needed space to work for a day since my apartment building was converting to solar and needed to shut down power in the building for a long period of time. Chose weworks thinking I could get maybe a shared DESK with a chair or something. Instead the co-working space is like a glorified Starbucks with an open kitchen where it'll be consistently noisy. My first visit to the Long Beach WeWork was excellent. Great workspace, smooth app check-in, and a well-equipped room for my presentation. Friendly staff too!
