This location is five stars for me, and the #1 reason is Amber and Sarah. Amber gave me two packets of Advil when I had a terrible headache one afternoon - thank you so much, Amber. Sarah was also incredibly friendly the first time I came in and got me oriented right away, including the phone booth locations and the basic layout of the space. * The fifth-floor lounge feels like the perfect living room. Bad online customer service
If you want a convenient location, this place is really awesome. It's close to the BART, central to all the restaurants. If you want a friendly community manager who's ON TOP of their stuff, helpful, and warm, there are way better WeWorks around the area to pick from.
Sarah and Amber are the absolute best! Seeing and talking to them completely brightens my day. They are always so kind, polite, and super helpful, and they also go out of their way to make sure that everyone feels welcome and taken care of.
Great WeWork! 5th floor has great lighting. Not too crowded.
