I upgraded from an open desk to a private office. My business needs changed, so I asked to downgrade back. WeWork completely refused. Their policy forces you to pay 100% of your remaining 1-year contract just to switch rooms. This ruins the whole point of coworking. Startups and freelancers need flexibility to survive, but WeWork just traps you financially. I’m stuck here until January 31, and I’m out the second it expires. Don’t sign a long-term lease here.
Love this WeWork location! The team (Colin, Ashley, Dielle, and Wil) are always so helpful, and the space and amenities are amazing. It’s also across the street from the Irvine Spectrum, so very convenient for lunch and shopping.

Been here at 200 Spectrum for a year and love it! The GYM is such a nice perk, after being at several wework locations.
