The folks in the front desk of any office make or break the initial feelings of a building. I have nothing but positive experiences with the community managers that were in charge of our floors. I've worked in this building since December, and I've always been greeted with smiles and nice conversations. (Not to mention, the Kombucha on tap raises the bar on office beverages)
