They don't know how to answer phones. Always out of the office, always for funerals 🤷♀️. Gives wrong information. Not helpfull what so ever just says come back another time. I live an hour and 30 mins away so it's really frustrating when i try to call and all this happens constantly. I was sent here through my ihs clinic cuz they have somthing my clinic doesn't have.
The lady we spoke with about referrals was amazing. Very down to earth, smart and helpful.
