Love living here. The maintenance man Joe is super friendly. Always has smile on his face. Mrs Shawn took time out of her day to come tell me she found my rent check then complemented on my tomato plants!! :). And Kathys very professional and fair
When I first moved there I never dreamed I would be blessed like I was! The staff is more than able to get the job done and I had several great experiences also the 2 years I lived there I never seen any kind of a bug and Joe is on them repairs. I was allowed to plant a garden and really make that into a great home! I will miss you all, your good people!! Kathy,Shawn and Amanda thank you I will never forget that place!
I was enjoying my apartment till unwanted people moved in with traffic on going night and day. Other than that issue, the Wewoka Housing Authority do fix anything that needs fixing in your apartment and they spray regularly for bugs. Great staff.
