I did my review months ago when I first went to Wetzel's. This is not the correct address. Its around the corner from this address. I passed tonight, they either closed down or are renovating but that side is boarded up and Dunkin is open. I had ordered pretzel nuggets and it was raw dough! I showed the cashier and she asked if I wanted to wait for fresh ones to be made and I said yes. Granted, the new patch was slightly overcooked and some under but at least it was not raw! They are a brand new location here on Jamaica Ave. I love them in the mall so I was excited to get my order after work. I placed my order online for pickup. I came and it was ready and I came home and noticed the cinnamon bites weren't in the bag. My son loves them. I called the location to let them know and I got passed around to 3 different people, explained each time and eventually got hung up on. Will not be going back.
