They don't know the difference between cream cheese icing to dip in and regular cream cheese. Can't communicate well.
Pretzel was raw in the middle.
I paid 15 dollars for an order that cost me 9$ down at the other end of the mall. Never again will I give wetzels a chance, auntie every time from here on. 3 dollars for cheese just because you put it in the hot case is cringe. The pretzel bitz were insanely greasy and dripped everywhere all over the table, if I wanted to bring my leftovers with me I couldn't have.
