Pretzel was raw in the middle.
I paid 15 dollars for an order that cost me 9$ down at the other end of the mall. Never again will I give wetzels a chance, auntie every time from here on. 3 dollars for cheese just because you put it in the hot case is cringe. The pretzel bitz were insanely greasy and dripped everywhere all over the table, if I wanted to bring my leftovers with me I couldn't have. The food burnt and was nasty
Pretzel was as hard and tasteless as hardtack. Rude customer service.
Came to this location over the weekend. Order two items. A pretzel with cheese sauce and a pretzel dog. The man at the counter was not very friendly and when I asked for receipt he said he couldn't give me one. I get home and the pretzel dog was really a bag of little pretzel pieces. Contacted corporate with this complaint to give them time to resolve it or do a partial refund, and they said management would contact me and I have had no communication whatsoever. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
